i expected 5-star service, but found untrained staff who couldn’t even provide a glass for my water, forcing me to drink straight from the bottle. also, the rubbish outside my apartment was an eyesore, clearly no pride in upkeep. i almost gave a good review but couldn’t overlook the lack of proper treatment. shameful!

Oh my days, the curry at Scala Restaurant about 0.5 km away was a game changer! I nearly licked my plate clean! The pool bar also served some real chill vibes, perfect after a long day at the beach. Plus, the location is fab, just a stone’s throw from everything you need!

Cleaning issues arose during our stay, including flooding in the toilet, though it was addressed quickly. Communication between staff, especially at night, fell short, leading to some confusion on handling problems. the beach area nearby had noticeable litter, which detracted from the pleasant environment and seemed to go unaddressed. Privacy could be a concern due to other guests walking through private areas, and some apartments hosted large groups, leading to noise and lack of respect for quiet hours.

The evening pool bar atmosphere was a highlight, and I truly appreciated the easy access to nearby local eateries and markets, which added to the overall charm of my stay.

Delightful apartment! The ambience was cozy and the kitchenette well-fitted, making it feel like home. I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside, soaking in the serene atmosphere.

Though accessing Gambia was complicated, the high visitor taxes at entry and exit points were burdensome.
